Over the last week, videos of the insurrectionists who stormed the Capitol flooded the internet with schadenfreude and relief. For some, just seeing members of the violent coup attempt, which left five dead, in police custody was satisfying enough. Others gleefully watched as those responsible were held accountable.

However, as is usually the case, some videos, images and stories were caught into the foray. In particular, one video of police apprehending two women in an airport made the rounds over the last few days. Within hours, the clip found its way into collections and compilations of so-called revolutionaries in handcuffs. It shouldn't be.

According to TikToker @yungxleen, who posted the video on Saturday, they filmed the arrest after a flight in November. The clip is actually the first part of a two-video series, showing a woman in black being carried out by police.

"Some crazy sh*t we saw when we landed in Florida," @yungxleen wrote.

That day, @yungxleen posted a second video showing two women under arrest, including the woman from the first clip.

"This was crazy seeing right when we landed," wrote @yungxleen in the second video, which received more than 3 million views in less than one week.

That day, Redditor xlfasheezy shared the video in the /r/PublicFreakout subreddit. The video received more than 16,000 points (98% upvoted) and 900 comments in less than one week.

Commenters flooded the thread with comments about the video and its suspected connection to last week's insurrection.

"Oh no…They left Kevin at the Capital……Home Alone 6. Stream it now on Disney plus," wrote one commenter.

Twitter user @BLONDEAMBITION included the video in a video of alleged insurrectionists under arrest as the Derek and the Dominoes song "Layla" plays over the soundtrack, a parody of the ending of the 1989 gangster film Goodfellas.

4.8 million views later, the clip has gone viral, swept up in the maelstrom of reports of authorities cracking down on members of the mob that committed acts of violence at the Capitol.

As the video spread, @yungxleen posted the clip again, adding a chyron that provided context for the incident.

"For clarification, this was taken in November," they wrote. "It has nothing to do with the Capitol."

"People around us were saying that they didn't wear masks and assaulted a flight attendant."

Not sure if this ruins anyone's enjoyment of the video, shifting their disgust at someone for storming the Capitol to halt the democratic process or being disgusted at someone for allegedly refusing to wear a mask and attacking a flight attendant.
