Man Shoots Himself In The Testicles

When a bizarre internet fad of men pointing guns at their crotches popped up last May, it figured to be a matter of time before someone shot themselves in the nuts. That day has finally come.

On Tuesday, a member of Facebook group "Loaded Guns Pointed at [B]enis" posted to the group that he'd shot himself in the testicles.

"Hey [b]ois, I might have fucked up," he wrote above a picture of his naked legs, blood splatter, a towel, and a crumpled copy of the constitution.

Though bleeding from his scrotum, the man continued to post, saying a .45 caliber gun had shot through his scrotum, mattress, boxspring and floor. At first, he believed that the bullet had grazed his testicles, but what he thought was two graze wounds actually were an entrance and exit wound. He had shot clean through one of his testicles.

Speaking with Vice, an administrator of the group said the man was "100% okay." In fact, the group appears to have made him something of a hero, as he is now an administrator for the group and members refer to him as king.

"The reason we are calling him king is partially because the poor guy already shot himself, don’t think he needs to be chastised as well," said the admin. "I’m quite sure he’s learned his lesson without the entire world calling him an idiot."

The curious gun-crotch craze was started by some gun owners as a response to the idea held by some Americans that Americans shouldn't have guns because they don't know how to use them safely. "[We] are sick and tired of being demonized as gun owners, and looped together with the alt-right just for owning guns," an admin of Loaded Guns Pointed at [B]enis told Vice. "We are sick of Republicans (think NRA) telling us what to do with our property, and we are sick of being told that just because we like guns It means we have to be anti-woman, pro-life and pro-Trump."
